Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Gull and Castle. Listed below are Gull and Castle’s policies and procedures, please read them carefully.
By reading and signing your resort registration card at check-in or by booking a reservation on our website, you are agreeing to abide by all our resort policies and procedures and accepting all responsibility for the reservation.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Guest will be required to present a valid piece of government issued photo ID.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out is at 11 AM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 9 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate. Early and late check-ins are not guaranteed. Charges will be applicable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the interest of fairness and to better serve our guests Gull and Castle has implemented the refund of deposit policy outlined below: Minimum Cancellation Fee $50.00
- Reservations cancelled prior to 90 days of scheduled arrival date may be refunded completely.
- Reservations cancelled prior to 60 days of scheduled arrival date may be refunded 75%
- Reservations cancelled prior to 30 days of scheduled arrival date may be refunded 25%
- Unfortunately reservations cancelled 30 days or less from scheduled arrival date cannot be refunded.
- A link to cancel your reservation will be in your reservation confirmation email. Once cancelled, contact us directly with your information to request your refund amount due.
Gull and Castle is a family oriented compassionate business, and in so far as we understand the necessity of cancellations, we expect our valued guests also appreciate our absolute need to plan staffing, supplies etc. to make everyone’s stay a memorable and pleasant experience.
PET POLICIES
Pets are allowed at a price of $40 per stay. Pets must be under 45 LBS. Pets must be house trained. Pets must be with owners at all times and cannot be left unattended in rooms. They must be leashed at all times in public areas.
Should it be determined that excessive disturbance or damages have taken place, The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Pet fee amount will not limit the right of Gull and Castle to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest and their Pets.
SMOKING POLICIES
We are a 100% non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited at all times. If smoking has taken place, a fine of $300.00 will be applied.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Guests must be 19 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. A valid government issued photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for age verification.
NO IN-ROOM PARTY POLICY
NO PARTYING ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
To ensure the enjoyment and to protect Gull and Castle and our guests, this policy is strictly enforced. In the event of a disturbance one warning will be given to reduce noise. If this warning is not followed, the guest will forfeit all fees and must leave immediately.
PAYMENT POLICY:
When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a pre-authorization will be taken. Any applicable guest room charges, and taxes will be placed on the authorized credit card.
Accepted Payment Types: Debit, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, UnionPay.
If determined that damages have taken place at the Resort by the Guest, the Resort reserves all right to deduct from the Security Deposit/Pre-Authorization. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit amount will not limit the right of Gull and Castle to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest.
